All Satin Colors are ""SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS"", which may require additional processing time(most orders/items ship 3-4 business days from date of order, but can take longer in some cases). Expediting(UPS red, blue, orange, etc...) these items will not shorten the order processing only the actual shipping time. Due to the nature of this product we suggest you request samples or literature from Lutron or Hanks Electric Supply before ordering. Customer is to pay for return shipping on any returns or exchanges. With Lutrons approval, for uninstalled products and in original packaging, colors may be exchanged at no additional charge, however additional shipping may apply. There is a 30% Re-stocking fee for all Lutron Satin color items. Returns will only be accepted on un-used, un-installed, non-energized, and original & undamaged packaging, instructions, screws and wire nuts, to be determined by Hanks Electric upon return. Products failing to meet these conditions will be held by Hanks Electric for a period of 30 days before disgarding. Hanks Electric will not pay for return shipping on items that don't meet these conditions. When ordering Satin Color items please be sure to check the box ""Yes"" or ""No"" that you have read and understand This ""Special Order Return Policy"".
